Article 1 - Online store terms of use

1. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent that you are of legal age of majority (18) in Japan or have the legal authority to allow minors to use this site.

2. You shall not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in violation of the laws of Japan (including but not limited to copyright laws and unfair competition prevention laws).

Article 6 - Accuracy of billing and account information

1. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order placed by you.

2. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantity of purchases per customer, per household, or per order. These limits may include orders placed under the same customer account, using the same credit card, or using the same billing or shipping address. 

3. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you at the email address, billing address, or phone number you provided when placing the order.

4. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or prohibit any order that we deem to have been placed by a distributor, reseller, or agent.

5. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases at the Store. You also agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address, credit card number, and expiration date, in order to complete transactions and contact you as necessary.
