Customer Satisfaction

Whether you're riding through the countryside on your motorcycle or on your e-bike: The longer the ride, the emptier your smartphone battery usually is. With the SP ConnectTM Charging Module, the longer the ride, the longer the battery life of your phone.

The Charging Module is an inductive charger that allows you to charge your phone wirelessly in combination with the SP Phone Case. Simply connect the 100% weatherproof module to a power source (battery, USB socket, powerbank...), mount your SP Phone Case and charge your device by induction.

Mag-Align ensures precise magnetic alignment on the Charging Module for your phone, perfectly complementing SP Connect’s patented twist-to-lock mechanism for a secure and hassle-free mounting experience.

Warning: The charging module is a charger and not a power bank (no battery integrated). The module only works in conjunction with an SP Phone Case. A function is not guaranteed with the Universal Interface or Universal Phone Case. Use our QC 3.0 Standard-compliant SP Connect™ Cable 12V DC for direct connection to a motorcycle battery. Keyless ignitions can be affected by overlapping frequency channels. To avoid problems when starting, start the ignition before you connect the smartphone to the charging module.

Important:
Provide an address to where you are certain, that someone will be present to receive the delivery - it does not necessarily have to be the address of your residence.

Please see our Delivery Costs page for the cost of shipping to your location.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item and want to send it back, that is entirely possible within 30 days if the item is:

complete (including all parts)
